Hail Group Pty Ltd is based in Sydney, New South Wales, with our primary Hail Damage Repair Centre located in Sydney.
When major hail events occur elsewhere in Australia, we can deploy our estimating, management and PDR teams and establish temporary mobile Hail Damage Repair Centres in affected areas.
This allows Hail Group to support Choice of Repairer customers nationally while maintaining our permanent base in New South Wales.
Customers can also access mobile inspections where available at their home, workplace or another convenient location.

Hail Group specialises in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) for hail-damaged vehicles.
Our experienced technicians include PDR specialists with 10, 15 and 20+ years of industry experience.
Where a vehicle requires conventional repair, panel replacement, painting, push-to-paint work or replacement parts, those repairs are completed through experienced licensed panel repair partners.
Hail Group completes and manages the PDR component while appropriate licensed repairers handle work outside the scope of PDR.
REALISTIC REPAIR TIMEFRAMES
Every vehicle is different, but typical repair periods may include:
Light hail: approximately 2–3 working days
Moderate hail: approximately 1–2 weeks
Severe or conventional repairs: approximately 3–6 weeks or longer
Timeframes depend on damage severity, insurer processes, parts availability and any additional repairs required.
